1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using Nourical, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must use the service lawfully and responsibly and keep your account credentials confidential.

2. Privacy and Regulatory Compliance

Nourical is designed to align with applicable privacy and data protection obligations, including GDPR and UK GDPR principles (such as lawfulness, transparency, purpose limitation, and data minimization), and applicable US privacy laws.

Your rights and our processing commitments are described in the Privacy Policy, including rights to access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection where applicable.

3. HIPAA Terms

Nourical applies heightened safeguards to health-related information. However, Nourical is not deemed your healthcare provider and does not become a HIPAA Covered Entity or Business Associate solely through consumer app use.

Where HIPAA applies to a specific enterprise or partner relationship, processing of Protected Health Information (PHI) is governed by a separate written agreement, including a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) where required.

4. Payments and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. Renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are presented during checkout and in account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with system integrity, attempt unauthorized access, or use Nourical in ways that violate applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nourical is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a material change is made, we will provide notice through the app or by email before the update becomes effective.
